 Under California State law, we are listed as A 501(c)3 .

The Company was founded by Mr. Martin L. Sharp CEO & President, he has spent 21 years as an Ordained Minister in the Churches of Christ (Non Profit Industry) He currently works for the City of Oakland, as Facilities Services Supervisor for 15 years. He has lead Teams in Communication, Collaboration & Networking to ensure other Departments needs are meet. He has completed both his Educational Degrees at Laney College of Oakland in Social Sciences / Humanities and hold, 2 AA - Degrees. He is currently in pursuit of a California State License to sell Life Insurance. He has held the Lead positions as a Small Business Entrepreneur - Operator in Construction Work, Window Cleaning & Maintenance for the past 30 years of his life. He is married to Mrs. Fatimah Shabazz- Sharp on 6/10/2017. He has 2 adult children from his previous marriage, and enjoy working too help Men of Color In Financial Literacy, Generational Wealth Creation, and helping our Young People , secure funding Scholarships for College.
